We ship a limited number of durable perishables. For a much broader selection of fresh exotic fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices and mushrooms, you still have to visit one of our stores.

To ensure that you receive these products in good condition, select the Xpresspost shipping option at checkout. If you are in a particularly remote location, and experience long Canada Post delivery times, even Xpresspost shipping may not be enough – to view Xpresspost delivery standards, click here. If you are in a major urban centre in Western or Central Canada, or a non-major urban centre in BC, you may select Regular Parcel – at your own risk.

To ensure quality, orders that include perishables may be held until fresh produce shipments are received.
