Magrut (Kaffir) Lime, Fresh (each)

In Thai, these are known as magrut limes. The incredibly fragrant zest is used to flavour Thai curries pastes (or anything else when you want an intense citrus note) and the juice provides a bright, acidic jolt. Adding a few very thinly cut slices creates the ultimate gin & tonic (and one, a sublimely fragrant martini)!
